Bloom Palace (ブルームパレス, Burūmu Paresu)? is a location in Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE.
Profile[]
The Bloom Palace is a key location where party upgrades are performed. Here, Itsuki Aoi meets with Tiki, who governs the services available. While here, one can also talk to the Mirages of the current party.
The party's Mirages can be powered up through Carnage Unity, granting them powerful new weapon forms to learn/inherit new Skills for their Masters to use in combat, with possibly changed affinities, while the Mirages' Mirage Masters can unlock Radiant Skills with Radiant Unity, giving them special passive skills that grant them field skills, special bonuses, as well as special offensive skills, with Radiant Skills also serving as a way to progress in the story and concluding Side Quests.
Recruiting Draug and Mamori Minamoto as part of the ending events of Chapter 3: The Next Generation unlocks a new Unity service Tiki can provide called Class Change, which transmutes a Mirage into one of two stronger class, giving them boosted stats across the board aside from a few areas, typically with one class having a smaller max EP count than the other, with additional access to Carnage Unity recipes that are specific to that Promoted Mirage's class. To promote a Mirage into a stronger class, it costs a Master Seal, a rare, special type of Performa. Like in Fire Emblem games that features classes that can promote into two different classes, one can use another Master Seal to change into the other class.
A fourth, cosmetic service Tiki provides is the ability to change into special outfits called AR Modules whenever you use her services. These outfits, based on productions made by other characters, can be won by participating in the Anzu Tokyo Store's lottery. Unique to Encore is the inclusion of Tiki's outfit from the remake of her home game, Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon.
Starting with Chapter 4, the Carnage Unity service gets improved, where Carnages that have completed skill inheritance can be strengthened, allowing the chance for the four forgotten/passed up skills tied to that Carnage to be relearned, with a fifth, new skill learned at the end as a first time enhancement bonus.
Idolasphere[]
A special Idolasphere can be found here, where special items can be found here in its three paths, with each path dedicated to a specific item:
- The Training Area path, in which all Mirages drop Tomes that grant experience per use to a selected character until the next level up.
- The Mastery Area path, in which all Mirages drop Skill Books that grant skill experience per use to a selected Carnage, until the next level up.
- And finally, the Prisoner Area path, which is filled with Savage Mirages. Much like they do in the wild, these Mirages drop Detritus, a tradable key item.
However, there are a few caveats:
- You cannot save your game while in this Idolasphere, so save first before entering.
- Enemy Mirages can get stronger several ways: with each passing victory, by striking them on the field, or if time simply passes for long enough, so they can eventually overwhelm the party.
- Enemy Mirages do not drop their specific Performa after battle or through Session Attacks, meaning you cannot grind for Materials here. All you can is simply unlock their entries in the Analysis page early.
- There are four special items that can be found here, found in the four corners of the primary chamber, primarily the items tied to the paths but Gold Bars can be found here too. Eventually though, they despawn, meaning time is of the essence to grab them.
Area of Aspiration[]
Found exclusively in Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE Encore, the Area of Aspirations is a fourth path to take in the Bloom Palace's Idolasphere, and serves as the primary location of the EX Story, starring Tsubasa Oribe & Kiria Kurono. There are three Episodes to this side quest, with each new episode being unlocked as one progresses through the main story.
Unlike the previous 3 paths, the Path of Aspirations behaves much like a standard Idolasphere, so one can save their game, earn Performa spoils, and the such like normal.
Within the Area of Aspirations are special locked, blue treasure boxes that can only be opened through progress of Side Quests with a specific character. For the most part, the contents of this special variety of treasure boxes are the DLC costumes one can buy for the original Wii U title, but in addition, there are costumes found only in Encore, as well as special Session Skills called "Jump-In Session Skills" for Tiki, Maiko, and Barry, allowing them to join the fun.
To complete each episode, one must reach the current end of the Area of Aspirations and open the large treasure box.
Episode 1: Rolling Star[]
Unlocked after completing Chapter 2: Head Over Heels for Her, the main focus of this episode is Tsubasa having to make a cover for "Reincarnation", and her wanting to give the cover justice. This EX Story covers the first section of the Area of Aspirations, ending when the player finds the Key Item Kiria's Choker at the end of the first area.
All Mirages found here can be found in Illusory Shibuya.
The special treasure box contents are:
- From the locked box closest to the entrance of the area, they are costumes based on characters from previous ATLUS titles (Encore original):
- Survivor's Tale for Itsuki Aoi, based on the protagonist of Devil Survivor 2.
- Sweet Labyrinth for Tsubasa Oribe, based on Rei from Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth.
- Samurai Justice for Touma Akagi, based on Walter from Shin Megami Tensei IV.
- Princess Glory for Kiria Kurono, based on the female outfit of the Sovereign class (called "Princess" in the original Japanese and their debut game) from their debut appearance in Etrian Odyssey III: the Drowned City.
- Past it to the left and into a dead end is a treasure chest protected by the artistic ambition of Tiki, which is opened by completing Tiki's first Side Quest. Inside it is Tiki's Jump-In Session Skill, Magic-Fire, allowing her to hit for Fire damage after any Magic skill during a Session Skill attack chain. As it counts as a Fire Session Skill, it triggers any succeeding Session Skill that triggers following Fire skills.
- In a dead end overlooking the ending point of the first area is a treasure box containing the Rebellious Joker outfit for Itsuki Aoi, based off of the Metaverse outfit for Joker from Persona 5.

Trivia[]
- The Bloom Palace and Tiki's role within it reflect that of a number of facilities and characters across the Megami Tensei franchise whose role is primarily to aid the player in performing the franchise's core mechanic of demon fusion. Such analogues include:
- The Cathedral of Shadows and Mido/Sophia in the Shin Megami Tensei series.
- The Velvet Room and its master Igor in addition to a series of attendants in the Persona series.
- The Gouma-Den and Dr. Victor, based on Victor Frankenstein, in the Devil Summoner series.
