The rumor for the Cursed Taxi can be learned from Fuyuko at Peace Diner after Smile Hirasaka. After returning the Taxi Hat to her, she tells the party that it is the wrong hat and gives the party the Cursed Escort rumor, saying that she will trade a Sacrifice Card for its Yacht Hat.
