Billiken is a two foot, thirty pound wooden statue found at Tsutenkaku Tower. A smaller Billiken can be found at Saint Louis University and Saint Louis University High School, serving as their mascot. The statue was made by Florence Pretz in 1908, who was said to have seen the figure in a dream. Billiken was elf-like with pointed ears, a mischievous smile and a tuft of hair on his pointed head. His arms were short and he was generally sitting with his legs stretched out in front of him.
To buy a Billiken was said to give the purchaser luck, but to have one given would be better luck. Billiken represents "things as they ought to be." The original statue disappeared in the 1920s when the park he was placed at was closed, but a new one was made in 1980.
"A cute, mascot-like god of luck. A famous statue of it is at the Tsuutenkaku tower in Osaka. His plump figure and pointed head are his distinguishing characteristics. While now famous as god of Naniwa, he was actually created in the 1900s by an American artist. "

Billiken is first mentioned by Joe on the 2nd Day as the God of Luck and mascot of Osaka. On the 6th Day, Yamato calls up the player and several other party members regarding an issue that's inconvenient for him to settle, and tells them to head to the Festival Gate. There, Billiken is seen stealing macca from demons while killing them once he is done with the deed. The party is to fight him.
Billiken is unlocked for fusion after his defeat, and can only be obtained by fusing Mothman and Silky.
