Izaya appeared in the second half of a collaboration event with Durarara!!. He requested a snack with personality and a knife from this world. After receiving a combat knife and teriyaki strawberry flavored demon snack, he would give players the Shady Informant's Knife.
Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker[]
In promotion for the game's upcoming release, an article in Famitsu highlighted that Izaya, along with his cast mates Celty Sturluson and Shizuo Heiwajima would appear.
