Profile[]
Keita is a friend of the game's protagonist, Asuka Miroku, who he met in high school. At nineteen years old, he possesses a large, muscled body and uses axes and armor in combat. He joins Asuka, Sakurako Saotome and Joker in trying to save Satoshi Miroku in the first stage. Before the first stage battle, he gathers weapons and armor from around the museum to fight in. He has the slowest movement range of the initial cast.
He is shown to be a reincarnation of Benkei.
Etymology[]
- The name Keita means "congratulate, celebrate" (慶) (kei) and "thick, big, great" (太) (ta).
- Keita's surname Matsumoto means "pine tree, fir tree" (松) (matsu) and "base, root, origin, source" (本) (moto).
