Leader of the Kantou Haguro-gumi, the local Yakuza syndicate. Satake is said to be an extremely powerful man both influentially and physically, and knows more about what goes on around The Capital than even the police do.

Satake first met Raidou in the bathhouse in Fukagawa-Cho, where Satake witnessed Raidou's prowess in hand-to-hand combat against two of Satake's best gang members. Satake, impressed by Raidou's abilities, remained a vital source of information for him throughout his investigations.

Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon

He can be found at the bathhouse and gives Case Files involving getting photos of individuals through the game. He leaves the bathhouse in the final chapter, where he's beaten people who are going out of control due to Shinado's words about salvation.

Etymology

• Satake means "healthy, strong" (健) (ken) and "three" (三) (zou).
• Kenzou means "help, aid" (佐) (sa) and "bamboo" (竹) (take).
