It would start like a jungle. The strong would survive, the stronger would overtake, and the weak would die. Then a tyrant would create Law to resist being overtaken, and armies would be made then society will become what it was in biblical times. Then technology would advance, and then a Balance would be made between absolute Law and absolute Chaos. Then Chaos will take hold and it'll begin again.
