Persona 3[]
Glorious Hand appears throughout the Adamah Block within Tartarus. It will be the subject of one of Elizabeth's Requests and will drop Platinum Medals while the quest is active. Returning to Elizabeth with 3 Platinum Medals will complete the quest.
Persona 4[]
Glorious Hand is a rare golden shadow that randomly appears in all areas of Magatsu Inaba and Magatsu Mandala within the Midnight Channel. Due to the HP display capping at 999, it hides Glorious Hand's full HP value of 9,999. After being defeated, Glorious Hand will drop a Chest Key and 18,000 yen.
Glorious Hand resists Physical attacks, so the party may try to use elemental spells to damage it or Light/Darkness spells to try for an instant kill. Using Physical skills for their higher Critical Rate compared to attacking normally may also be an option for some.
In Golden, it appears in Magatsu Inaba World 1 and 2, and Magatsu Mandala 1 to 6. Upon defeat, it may drop a Magatsu Xandrite for trade at the Shiroku Pub. It also no longer resists physical attacks, but instead has a Counter skill. It now repels all elemental spells and resists light and darkness. It also has single-target ailment-inducing spells, single-target mid-level elemental spells, single-target insta-kills, and Masukukaja, Heat Riser, and Rebellion. It may summon other Shadows such as Yearning Pots and Silent Books onto the field.
