Apperances[]
P2 Profile[]
Incense Cards are used to add to a Persona's stats, similar to how Incense is used to raise human characters' stats; however, the cards can only be used during persona creation, and only one can be used.
There are 6 Incense cards:
P3 Profile[]
In Persona 3 and its re-releases, Incense Cards are used outside of fusion, but usage is restricted to the protagonist. They are based on the face cards of the Minor Arcana and can be traded for gemstones dropped by Shadows from Tartarus in Paulownia Mall's Shinshoudo Antiques Shop starting on June 9th.
By default, all Incenses Cards increases Luck, but to an equal or lesser extent compared to the primary stat they increase, with the stat dependent on the suit the Incense Card in question belongs to, with the amount boosted also influenced by the card's face.
Oddly enough, the Incense Cards are grammatically incorrect: in-game, they are referred in a very translation-literal manner from the original Japanese text; what should be Page of Swords is instead referred to in-game as Sword of Page (ソードオブペイジ, Sōdo obu Peiji)?.
There are 16 Incense Cards, one for each of the four suits and four face cards of the Minor Arcana:
In Persona 3 Reload, Incense Cards are replaced by normal Incenses, with the effects of Incense Cards being put into Shuffle Time as stat bonus effects.
