Inoue is a minor character from Persona 4.

The former manager of Rise Kujikawa before the game. Inoue appears occasionally during Rise's Social Link events, attempting to convince her to return to show business, before eventually giving up and proclaiming he would be managing Rise's rival, Kanami Mashita, instead. He eventually becomes her manager again once she decides to return to show business.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax
He shows up during Rise's part of the beginning of P4 Story Mode, where he is giving her a lift and is noted by Rise to be more cheerful than usual. He attempts to cheer up Rise as she puts herself down, asking her if something had happened. He makes it clear that he's fine if she has a part of her life private, but that she shouldn't try to isolate herself by keeping troubling things solely to herself.
Once she learns he had things rescheduled for her to have tomorrow off, she asks him to drop her off at Okina Station. He appears in Rise's epilogue, where he interrupts her while she's acting for a role in a show. Though he later attempts to convince her to have a schedule since new offers are coming in, she turns them down and asks him to get ready to leave and to talk over what new offers she will do.
