After Mary Kisaragi bails the protagonist and Rei Reiho from the Police Station, she tells them that the Kitayama University has been distorted by the Otherworld. However, upon arriving at the University, the hero must navigate the garden outside of the building. On the top floor, he runs into Sid Davis, who notes that since he failed to kill him, his magic must be too weak and attacks. Defeated, he summons Shiki-Ouji to fight for him. Afterwards, Sid escapes and the University returns to normal.
Dr. Thrill, a scientist that experiments with artificial demons, can be found in the University. He sends P. Gargantua to battle the heroes. Upon its defeat, a Dolly Kadmon is found.
