Kowakashu is an F.O.E in the Inaba Pride Exhibit and found on the first and fourth floors. They patrol fixed paths, and if the Holy Flame is lit, they begin actively chasing the player, allowing them to pass through otherwise impassable patrol routes.
Strategy
Though it is the weakest of the F.O.Es within the dungeon, Kowakashu's damage output and durability are worrisome. The primary stopgap that prevents players from defeating it, however, is its access to Diarahan. Its access to this move turns the battle into a damage race in which the boss's respectable offensive capabilities are of little concern. It would be advisable to launch a preemptive strike, set up on the first turn, then unleash a powerful volley of attacks, possibly including a Dragon Cry boosted Flame Link. Should the player manage to panic or magic bind the boss before it can heal itself, the crippled F.O.E should go down without causing further trouble.
Alternatively, if engaged while holding the Holy Flame, the F.O.E. will be far more likely to use Rampage and will, in fact, be very likely to use nothing else. This can be exploited by equipping Sub-Personas with Swordbreaker and/or Immunity Buffer to hamper the enemy's damage output and possibly use Magic Bind to be certain that it will not heal itself. However, Rampage still deals high damage, so proceed with caution.
