Shio - She's a clerk that works in the Jack Frost themed Hee Ho Mart. Her appearance is a reference to Anna from the Fire Emblem series.
Marth- He's important aspect to the main storyline, although he didn't physically appear, but he helped out by reviving Itsuki, who was hit by Medeus's attack by placing his own Performa inside of him temporarily become one with him for final battle of Medeus.
Kanae Urabe - She'san NPC that appears in Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE. She is a classmate of Itsuki Aoi that believes she has psychic powers. Over the course of the game, she provides Itsuki with side quests, asking him to track down items she sees as present at specific locations within the Idolaspheres. Itsuki consistently finds items at the locations Kanae hints at, suggesting that she does in fact have powers of premonition.
