The owner of Konnou-Ya is a bitter, greedy old man who often pesters Raidou to buy some of his merchandise.

Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army[]
The owner of Konnou-Ya is in a commercial relationship to Dr. Victor, renting him the basement of his store for the Gouma-Den; in addition, Victor will sometimes introduce him to his own connections, allowing him to expand his selection of wares.
He contacts Shouhei Narumi in order to have the disappearance of his orders from the shipping company investigated and the stolen merchandise returned. During the time his orders are kept on hold, Konnou-Ya's prices will be doubled. They will go down once the wares have been returned.
After considerable sums of money have been spent at Konnou-Ya, the owner will eventually acknowledge Raidou's expenses and will start paying more for whatever antiques Raidou sells to him.
Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon[]
Whenever Raidou goes to visit the Gouma-Den through the store he will ask Raidou to tell Victor to use less power, as his electric bill is through the roof. As Raidou spends more he will eventually increase his customer rank and will have 10-20% discounts on items. After obtaining his hair on the docks in Harumi-Cho Raidou can transform into the Owner of Konnou-Ya, which allows him to find money as he is walking. Raidou can also call up Merchants to buy or sell items when in this form regardless of where he is.
